Kore Potash (ASX:KP2) said the Summit consortium was unable to finalize the nonbinding financing term sheet for the Sintoukola potash project in the Republic of Congo by the end of March as targeted, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The consortium told the firm that they need more time to complete their internal process which was impacted by Ramadan and Eid celebrations.

The consortium is now expected to deliver the term sheet before the end of April.
