Raffles Medical (SGX:BSL) and Renji Hospital agreed to jointly establish a "dual circulation" medical resource service system to improve collaborative development between public hospitals and international medical groups.
The initiative is part of the international development goals outlined under the "Healthy China 2030" planning outline, which is aimed at making Shanghai an international medical tourism hub.
