中国科培(01890.HK) 公布，全资附属西藏科培与湖南软件职业技术大学(湖南职校)及其举办者订立合作协议，各方将合作管理及营运湖南职校，为期6年。西藏科培将就湖南职校的资产、业务、营运、财务、负债及人力资源提供管理及咨询服务，如管理教职员工及学生、组织教学活动、制定人力资源管理制度及薪酬政策、招聘教职员工及进行绩效评估，并获湖南职校支付服务费。
另外，西藏科培亦向湖南职校授出高达4亿元人民币的贷款融资，年利率10%，为期4年。(gc/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
