Legacy Iron Ore (ASX:LCY) said its total mineral resources amount to 4.3 million tonnes at a grade of 1.8 grams per tonne, containing 255,200 ounces of gold with a 27% increase in grade, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said 46% of the resource falls within the measured and indicated category, with a contained gold quantity of 90,800 ounces.
The company said there is a future potential to increase mineral resources through resource development drilling in two deposits of its Mt Celia gold project in Western Australia.
