当地时间4月1日，高通证实正在考虑向半导体公司Alphawave IP Group发出收购要约。

　　高通在声明中表示，目前尚无法确定是否会提出正式要约，以及潜在的要约条款具体内容。

　　依据相关收购守则，高通需要在当地时间4月29日下午5点之前，宣布明确的收购意向，或者声明不会推进此次收购。
