White Mountains Acquires Majority Interest in Enterprise Solutions

White Mountains Partners acquired a majority interest in Enterprise Solutions, a specialty electrical contracting company.

White Mountains Partners, a subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance, provides capital to businesses. Enterprise Chief Executive Jim Seabury said Tuesday the acquisition will help Enterprise expand into new locations and accelerate growth.

Enterprise was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Nashville, Tenn. It designs, engineers and installs electrical infrastructure for a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing and data centers.

"WMP is an important strategy for White Mountains to extend our long-term, value-oriented approach into attractive sectors beyond insurance," White Mountains Insurance Chief Executive Manning Rountree said.
