Odaily星球日报讯 在南卡罗来纳州撤销对加密货币交易所 Coinbase 的质押诉讼几天后，肯塔基州成为继佛蒙特州之后第三个撤销此类诉讼的州。肯塔基州金融监管机构于周一提交了联合撤销起诉书，正式结束了针对 Coinbase 质押服务的法律行动。此前，该服务被指控违反了州证券法。 Coinbase 首席法务官 Paul Grewal 在 X 平台上表示：“国会需要尽快通过联邦市场结构法，结束这种由诉讼驱动的、逐个州的监管方式。”（Decrypt）
