消息面上，雅居乐集团公布2024年业绩，营业额约433.46亿元，同比增长0.08%；公司股东应占亏损172.16亿元，同比增长24.74%。每股基本亏损3.412元。公告称，亏损主要受以下因素影响：出售附属公司、合营企业及联营公司取得亏损;物业、厂房及设备的减值；及所得税开支大幅上升。年内，该集团连同其合营公司及联营公司以及由集团管理并以“雅居乐”品牌销售的房地产项目的预售金额合计为人民币155.1亿元，同比下降65.8%。
公告指出，报告期内，雅居乐有295.46亿元的本金及利息合共6.15亿元的借款因未能于各自到期日支付而出现违约，违约事件进一步触发总金额为61.27亿元的银行及其他借款出现交叉违约。截至2024年12月末，雅居乐总借款489.16亿元，净负债比率103.6%，同比增长了37.8个百分点。其中，一年之内要还款的金额为383.26亿元，包括银行借款及其他借款249.71亿元、优先票据125.44亿元，以及境内公司债券等债券票据8.11亿元。
