消息面上，小米集团宣布，完成先旧后新配售8亿股，占扩大后股本3.1%，每股配售价53.25元，集资净额425亿元。概无承配人于紧随配售事项完成后成为公司主要股东。此外，美的集团(00300)的财报显示，美的集团在2024年彻底清仓了手中持有的小米集团股票。美的集团自2015年起持有小米股票，继2020年出售小米股票后，美的集团2023年再次出售小米股票，2024年再次减持，至今合计套现近20亿元。
