OUE Healthcare Provides Updates on Myanmar Hospitals Following Earthquake

OUE Healthcare (SGX:5WA) reported no casualties among staff and patients at its hospitals in Myanmar following the devastating earthquake in the country on March 28, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Hospitals in Yangon and Taunggyi remain operational despite the electricity shortage. However, the hospital in Mandalay has suspended operations after sustaining physical damage.

OUE Healthcare holds a 40% stake in the joint venture companies that own, operate and manage Pun Hlaing Hospitals in Myanmar.
