消息面上，3月31日，保利物业公布2024年业绩，收入约163.42亿元，同比增长8.5%。毛利约29.84亿元，同比增长1.1%。公司拥有人应占年内溢利约14.74亿元，同比增长6.8%。每股基本盈利2.683元，拟派年度股息每股1.332元。公告称，收入增长主要是由于集团管理规模的持续扩大带来物业管理服务收入提升。
平安证券发布研报称，在上游地产行业深度调整、公共财政支出趋紧导致服务采购预算存在一定程度收缩、居民消费意愿波动等背景下，公司2024年营收利润增长仍具韧性；2024年合约面积、在管面积分别为9.9、8亿平米，规模优势持续强化。在管面积中第三方项目、非居业态占比分别为65.4%、60.9%，业态组合优化，市场化进程加速推进；此外公司在手现金及经营性现金流充裕，2024年提升分红比例至50%，较上年提升10pct，持续提升分红比例回报股东。
