Yojee (ASX:YOJ) has formed a joint venture with SmartClear and SC Software, forming Smart Yojee, to license customs technology for Australia and New Zealand to the company's freight forwarding platform, MOSAIC, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company will issue up to 7.5 million shares to SC Software based on meeting technology milestones, with the joint venture contingent on meeting technical verification by June 30, the filing said.
