Odaily星球日报讯 比特币政策研究所提议发行新型国债"BitBonds"，以支持特朗普政府的战略比特币储备计划。该债券将提供 1%的年利率（低于普通国债 4.5%利率），并将 10%募资用于购买比特币。 根据计划，若发行 2 万亿美元规模 BitBonds，十年可节省 7000 亿美元利息。目前美国政府持有约 20 万枚比特币（价值 170 亿美元），扣除需返还部分后，战略储备初期规模约 10.35 万枚。 该方案旨在实现预算中性增持比特币，同时降低国债成本。财政部长将在 60 天内评估此方案可行性。（The Block）
