Greentown Management Holdings (HKG:9979) said Zhang Yadong has resigned as non-executive director and co-chairman of the board on March 31 due to personal work arrangements.
The property manager did not name a successor to Zhang in its Tuesday filing on the Hong Kong Exchange.
