格隆汇4月1日｜华纳兄弟探索公司周一表示，计划聘请Anton Levy为公司董事会的独立董事。Levy目前担任General Atlantic的顾问董事，此前曾担任该公司联席总裁，并领导了这家私募股权公司对爱彼迎和Uber等公司的投资。在Levy加入之后，华纳兄弟探索公司的董事会成员数量将增加至14人。今年1月，该公司聘请了金融科技巨头SoFi的首席执行官Anthony Noto和即将离任的IAC首席执行官Joey Levin加入董事会。
