消息面上，古茗近期公布2024年业绩，收入约87.91亿元，同比增长14.5%；毛利约26.87亿元，同比增长11.8%；母公司拥有人应占利润14.785亿元，同比增长36.9%；每股盈利0.71元。截至2024年12月31日，公司的门店网络覆盖中国超过200个各线级城市，包括9914家门店，较截至2023年12月31日的9001家门店增长10.1%。
高盛指出，预计古茗在2025年将实现强劲的盈利复苏，净利润同比增长28%，销售收入增长22%。这一增长得益于门店扩张的重新加速(到2025年底净增2200家门店，总数达到12100家)、单店商品交易总额(GMV)的提升(由于2024年第二季度基数较低，同比增长1.7%，以及地域布局优化和新产品如咖啡的推出)，以及利润率的改善(取消加盟商补贴和运营杠杆效应)。此外，古茗宣布将在2025年底前派发超过20亿元人民币的特别股息，股息收益率达6%；公司计划未来维持不低于50%的派息率。
