4月1日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局办公厅、科技部办公厅、国家发展改革委办公厅印发《银行业保险业科技金融高质量发展实施方案》。方案提出，加强科技金融专业能力建设。一是强化数字赋能，鼓励金融机构研发数字化经营工具，增强企业识别和筛选能力，提升经营管理质效和风险防控水平。二是健全科技金融风险分担机制，实施支持科技创新专项担保计划，通过组建共保体、再保险等方式分散科技保险风险。三是促进企业信息共享，推动强化科技创新相关领域信息基础设施建设，为科技信贷评审和保险定价提供信息支持。四是改进第三方中介服务，提供有公信力的科技咨询、科技价值评估、技术风险评价服务。
