智通财经APP讯，荣利营造(09639)公布，于2025年4月1日(交易时段后)，买方(为公司间接全资附属公司荣利新能源有限公司)及卖方中富香港机械有限公司订立购买协议，拟向卖方收购1套电池充电与更换一体站、1套电动挖机远程遥控仓及其他杂项组件，总代价为约173.18万港元。购买事项及先前购买事项的总代价为约2262.14万港元。
