这家底特律汽车制造商表示，销量下滑主要归因于两款主力车型的停产计划，以及向租赁公司批量交付的时间安排变化。不过，其最畅销的F系列皮卡仍保持2.4%的销量增长，在一定程度上缓解了整体下滑趋势。
分析师指出，在特朗普政府宣布对进口汽车征收关税的背景下，福特作为本土车企本应获益，但产品线调整带来的阵痛暂时掩盖了这一优势。
