【六部门：引导金融机构加大信贷支持，积极支持热泵推广应用、更新改造等】金十数据4月2日讯，国家发展改革委等六部门印发《推动热泵行业高质量发展行动方案》提出，强化综合性政策支持。发挥好政府投资带动放大效应，充分发挥货币、信贷等金融政策导向作用，引导金融机构加大信贷支持，结合大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新，积极支持热泵推广应用、更新改造等。落实好现行相关税收优惠政策。鼓励相关单位选用列入《绿色技术推广目录》《国家重点推广的低碳技术目录》《国家工业和信息化领域节能降碳技术装备推荐目录》等的高效热泵技术和产品。研究将热泵相关项目纳入绿色低碳先进技术示范项目支持方向。
