智通财经APP讯，中国科培(01890)发布公告，于2025年4月1日，西藏科培(为公司的间接全资附属公司)与湖南职校举办者及湖南职校订立合作协议，内容有关全面管理湖南职校，包括但不限于管理其资产、业务、营运、财务、负债及人力资源。此外，根据合作协议，西藏科培、湖南职校、任玉奇及担保人订立融资支持合同。据此，西藏科培(或集团或会指定的其他成员公司)已同意向湖南职校提供贷款融资，以支持湖南职校的持续营运及发展。
公告称，凭借其在教育行业丰富的学校管理经验，订立合作协议及融资支持合同可令集团透过向湖南职校提供管理及咨询服务促进其业务增长。合作协议及融资支持合同不仅可使集团从湖南职校的服务费及利息付款中获得收入，亦可使集团将其业务拓展至湖南省，并提升其于中国民办高等教育领域的声誉。
