Australian Court Orders Dropsuite Shareholders Meeting to Vote on NinjaOne Australia's Takeover Bid

The Federal Court of Australia has ordered a meeting of Dropsuite (ASX:DSE) shareholders to vote on the proposed scheme of arrangement in relation to NinjaOne Australia's takeover bid, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The meeting is slated for May 9, the filing said.

The court has also ordered the dispatch of the scheme booklet, scheduled on or before April 7.
