Yuexiu Property's Attributable Profit Plunges 67% in 2024; Shares Fall 7%

Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123) reported a 67% decrease in profit attributable to shareholders for 2024 to 1.04 billion yuan from 3.19 billion yuan in the previous year, according to an annual report filed with the Hong Kong bourse on Monday.

Earnings per share dropped to 0.2584 yuan from 0.8542 yuan a year ago.

Revenue for the year fell 7.7% to 86.40 billion yuan, from 80.22 billion yuan in the previous year.

The board proposed not to declare a final dividend for the year.

Shares of the company plunged over 7% in late-morning trade Tuesday.
