智通财经APP获悉，北控水务集团(00371)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.68%，报2.3港元，成交额2137.95万港元。
消息面上，近日，北控水务集团发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的末期业绩，营业收入242.7亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少1.02%;股东应占溢利16.78亿元，同比减少11.5%;每股基本盈利15.63分;拟派发末期股息每股9.1港仙。公告称，营业收入减少主要源于BOT水务项目建造服务贡献的营业收入减少。
花旗发布研报称，北控水务去年利润同比跌11.5%不令人担忧，因主要源于更多的非现金减值损失。且盈利质素改善，其盈利中现金产生业务收入占比同比升7.8个百分点至85.8%，去年自由现金流同比升35%至14.8亿元人民币，公司目标今年再增10亿元人民币。该行又指，公司去年每股股息同比升2.5%至0.161港元，派息率同比升16.8个百分点至95.2%。
华泰证券认为，北控水务去年净利16.78亿元人民币，同比下跌11.5%，低于该行预期18.76亿元，主要因确认的减值亏损增加。2024年每股派息16.1港仙，较2023年同比增加2.5%，股息率6.9%。考虑轻资产转型下2025年资本开支或仍有压降空间，随化债政策推进回款有望改善，自由现金流改善为分红提升注入潜力。
