China Vanke (HKG:2202, SHE:000002) reported a net loss attributable to shareholders for 2024 of 49.48 billion yuan, reversing the attributable profit of 12.16 billion yuan in the previous year, according to a filing with the Hong Kong bourse on Monday.
Loss per share was 4.17 yuan compared with earnings per share of 1.03 yuan a year ago.
Revenue for the year decreased 26% to 343.18 billion yuan from 465.74 billion yuan in the previous year.
The residential development and property services firm's shares were up nearly 1% in Hong Kong and close to 2% on the Shenzhen bourse in morning trade Tuesday.
