智通财经APP获悉，4月1日，香港交易所发布通告称，香港交易所即将开展2025年合规评核及现场视察之年度计划(“计划”)，以持续地促进市场上的合规文化。该计划着重参与者就相关规则及条例的合规情况，并包括两个核心部分：参与者的合规评核问卷及对被选定的参与者进行现场视察。
以下为2025年的重点范畴：
(一)中华通规则：遵守北向交易相关的中华通规则(适用于中华通交易所参与者及透过中华通交易所参与者买卖之交易所参与者)；
(二)风险管理：涉及识别、评估、监测及缓解不同风险所采用的措施，包括信贷、流动性、营运、市场及财务风险(适用于结算参与者)。
除以上的重点范畴外，合规评核问卷亦会涵盖指定风险监控(适用于期交所参与者及联交所的期权交易所参与者)。
