汇控(00005.HK) 今日在港召开股东非正式会议。汇丰集团主席杜嘉祺表示，未来股息前景仍然强劲，今年派息比率维持50%。目标是在2025年至2027年每年平均有形股本回报率达约15%。尽管全球地缘政治及经济环境不明朗，他指仍有信心达成这些目标，并在今年再带来健康回报。
回应现场小股东问到管理层今年有没有信心汇控股价能够重上100元大关成“红底股”，他指不会预测股价，但很高兴汇控股价在3月4日创下15年新高。认为现时投资者对处于信心阶段，集团会继续沿着策略发展，希望获得市场理解和奖励。
香港上海汇丰银行主席王冬胜表示，去年回购金额按年增加约40亿美元，由2023年开始已回购约11%已发行股本。目前外围环境充满挑战，香港作为外向型经济难以独善其身，汇丰会继续提升环球网络优势，并重申香港是汇丰最重要的市场。
