Cintas's top finance executive, Mike Hansen, plans to relinquish the post at the end of the uniform supplier's fiscal year.
Cintas on Friday said Hansen will retire as executive vice president and chief financial officer effective May 31 and take on a new role as assistant to the chief executive.
The Cincinnati company said Scott Garula, currently president of its rental division, will succeed Hansen as executive vice president and finance chief.
Hansen, who joined Cintas in 1995, has been chief financial officer since early 2015. Garula joined Cintas in 1996.
