【民生银行回应恒大集团等贷款情况：已进行拨备计提】金十数据4月2日讯，民生银行副行长黄红日4月1日在该行2024年业绩发布会上回应泛海集团、恒大集团贷款情况时表示，截至2024年末，恒大集团在民生银行的贷款余额为91亿元，均为房地产项目贷款。目前该行对恒大贷款在总体贷款中占比不高，并且已结合项目实际情况进行拨备计提，对该行的经营情况无实质性影响。关于泛海集团，黄红日表示，2024年末泛海系在该行贷款余额为184.84亿元。泛海系贷款的主要担保物为武汉地区土地抵押、武汉中心大厦在建工程抵押、部分商业房地产抵押及部分股权质押等，该行综合客户风险状况及抵质押担保情况等因素进行拨备计提。
