Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (ASX:URW) said 939.2 million euros of its 7.25% hybrid perp-NC 2028 notes were validly tendered in its tender offer, corresponding to a 94.4% participation rate, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The offer will be funded by proceeds from notes issued in March and available cash, the filing said.
URW will accept all validly tendered NC 2028 notes and exercise its "minimal outstanding amount call option" on the remaining untendered notes, the filing added.
The settlement of the tender is scheduled for April 7.
