UMH Properties said its board approved an increase to the company's quarterly dividend, raising the payment to 22.5 cents a share from 21.5 cents.
The new dividend, 90 cents on an annual basis, is payable on June 16 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15.
Based on the company's closing share price of $18.69 on Tuesday, the new dividend represents a yield of 4.8%.
Samuel Landy, the company's president and chief executive, said the company has announced its fifth annual increase as revenue growth continues to meet expectations.
The real estate investment trust last raised its dividend in April 2024, increasing it to 21.5 cents per share from 20.5 cents.
