Newborn Town's Trustee Buys Back Shares Under Award Scheme

Newborn Town's (HKG:9911) trustee, Three D Partners, bought back a total of 92,198,000 shares under a restricted share unit award scheme for a little over HK$15.6 million, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The shares, which were purchased from the market between April 28, 2023, and March 28, 2025, represent 0.18% of the internet marketing company's issued share capital.

Following the repurchase, the trustee holds a total of 67,578,752 shares in the company.
