Elementos Reports Definitive Feasibility Study for Spain tin Project, Shares Rise Over 3%

Elementos (ASX:ELT) reported the definitive feasibility study for the Oropesa tin project in Spain, based on a 1.4 million tonne per annum open-cut mining project with a base-case life of mine of 12 years, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

Under the study, the project is expected to produce an average of 3,405 tonnes of contained tin per year, as a tin ingot, for the European tin market.

The project has an average life of mine all-in-sustaining-cost of $15,000 per tonne of tin metal.

It also reported a maiden ore reserve estimate of 15.9 million tonnes at 0.36% grade of tin.

Its shares rose 3% on market close on Friday.
