AGCM 在一份声明中表示，同意退款的客户约有 7700 家，其中包括私人居民协会和小型企业。
此外，该公司还同意在未经客户明确同意的情况下，不在其电梯上安装任何需要支付额外费用的配件，并改善客户服务。
