1457 ET - On Holding's news around its transition to a sole CEO executive structure along with other hires hasn't been that well received by investors given the current macroeconomic environment, William Blair analysts say in a research note. "We believe the market is in no mood to be generous with this type of news, let alone the day before heavier expected tariffs and with a neutral initiation hitting the wire," the analysts say. Overall, the initial concern around the Swiss shoemaker could be that co-CEO Marc Maurer is leaving toward the middle of a three-year plan that he helped create and was central in delivering, drawing potential skepticism as to its dependability, the analysts say. Shares fall 1.9% to $43.09. (sabela.ojea@wsj.com; @sabelaojeaguix)
