金吾财讯 | 中国铝业(02600)公布，中铜西藏、宁夏能源与西藏开投订立出资协议，据此，各方同意共同出资设立合资公司。合资公司成立后，中铜西藏、宁夏能源与西藏开投将分别持有合资公司56.10%、23.90%及20.00%的股权，合资公司将不会成为公司之附属公司。宁夏能源为公司的附属公司，中铝集团为公司的控股股东，中铜西藏为中铝集团的附属公司。合资公司拟定的经营范围为：发电业务、输电业务、供（配）电业务；供电业务；供暖业务；热力生产和供应；发电技术服务；太阳能发电技术服务；储能技术服务；风力发电技术服务；风电场相关系统研发；风电场相关装备销售；电气设备销售；电气设备修理；机械电气设备销售；光伏发电设备租赁；技术服务、技术开发、技术咨询、技术交流、技术转让、技术推广。
