坚定看好固生堂发展 董事长涂志亮再增持10万股
记者4月2日获悉，固生堂控股有限公司（02273.HK，简称“固生堂”）董事长涂志亮4月1日通过二级市场增持固生堂股票10万股，增持均价为33.9488港币/股，此次增持共投入资金约339.49万港币。
2025年初以来，涂志亮已多次在二级市场增持固生堂股票。1月22日、23日、24日，涂志亮连续3天增持，累计增持160,000股，总耗资约4,295,560港币。有观点认为，真金白银地连续增持，体现了涂志亮对企业发展的坚定信心。
固生堂日前发布的2024年度业绩报告显示，公司2024年营业收入30.2亿元，同比增长30.1%；经调整净利润达4.0亿元，同比增长31.4%。
交银国际4月2日发布的研报称，在老门店稳步爬坡和持续的对外扩张步伐下，公司2024年业绩延续强劲增长态势，就诊量、会员用户粘性、医生供给等核心运营指标均交出满意答卷。公司加大对中医+AI模式的投入，有望在长期内贡献可观的业绩增量。
