Infratil's Investement in CDC Data Centres Sees Valuation Increase

Infratil's (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) 48.17% investment in CDC Data Centres saw a valuation increase, with its stake now valued between AU$6.07 billion and AU$7.21 billion, up from between AU$4.49 billion and AU$5.39 billion as of Dec. 31, 2024, according to Friday filings with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The primary valuation methodology applied by the independent valuer as of March 31 was adjusted from a discounted cash flow

approach to a historical transaction approach, the filing said.

Infratil expects to commit a further AUA$250 million within the next 12 months to continue to fund the expanding development pipeline.

Completion of the acquisition for additional shares at CDC is subject to customary closing conditions, including Foreign Investment Review Board approval. Financial close is expected in the second half of the year.
