SSR Mining (ASX:SSR) said its CHESS depositary interests (CDI) on the Australian Securities Exchange will be suspended from quotation at the close of trading on April 4 to facilitate its removal from the exchange's official list, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company will be removed from the exchange at the close of trading on April 8 but will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The company's shares were up 2% in recent Friday trade.
