爱立信宣布与联想就专利诉讼达成和解
IT之家 4 月 3 日消息，爱立信今晚宣布与联想集团就一项多年期全球专利交叉许可协议产生的专利许可纠纷达成和解协议。
作为和解协议的一部分，两家公司目前在多个国家提起的所有诉讼和行政程序，包括在美国国际贸易委员会（USITC）待审的诉讼，都将被撤销。
爱立信预计从 2025 年第二季度开始确认财务影响，剩余的专利许可纠纷将通过双方之间的仲裁程序完全解决。
爱立信表示，该公司拥有 60,000 多项已授权专利，每年研发投资超过 500 亿瑞典克朗（IT之家注：当前汇率约合 375.52 亿元人民币），有信心通过新的 5G 协议以及向其他许可领域的长期扩展，实现 IP 产权收入的增长。
