Homeland Interactive Technology's Trustee Buys Back Shares Under Award Scheme

Homeland Interactive Technology's (HKG:3798) trustee, Futu Trustee, purchased a total of 20,340,000 shares from the open market in 2024 for around HK$38.9 million under the firm's share award scheme, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The shares represent around 1.58% of the mobile card and board games developer's issued share capital as of Wednesday.

The shares are currently held by the Futu Trustee and can be granted to eligible participants of the scheme from time to time.
