Brickworks (ASX:BKW) said counterparties BGC and Midland Brick have agreed to have legal proceedings against the company dismissed without liability to the other party involving litigation under the Competition and Consumer Act, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The company's shares fell 1% in recent Thursday trade.
