消息面上，近日，明源云发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团取得收入人民币14.35亿元(单位下同)，同比减少12.5%；经调整净亏损4396.4万元，同比减少74.1%；公司拥有人应占亏损1.9亿元，同比减少67.63%；每股亏损0.1元。
2024年，公司积极调整经营策略。在产品层面，公司优化产品阵型，按照产品生命周期匹配资源投入强度，减少低效业务的支出；在组织管理层面，公司严格控制人员规模，优化人员结构，提升组织效益；在研发层面，研发团队借助天际•AI助手等工具进行辅助编程与辅助测试，有效替代人力资源投入。报告期内，公司成本与费用得到明显控制，为公司实现效益化目标形成更好的基础。
中金发表研报称，明源云去年业绩逊预期。展望今年，管理层表示会继续坚持战略聚焦，在存量管理领域加大资源投入，专注资产管理与营运等核心产品线，服务国企和优质民企客户，同时推进海外产品研发和落地，深耕东南亚和日本等市场。管理层亦提到，未来将继续以降本增效推动盈利能力恢复，2025年或有望实现经调整净利润和经营性现金流的转正。
