意大利《米兰财经报》（MF）周五报道称，由高盛牵头的一批银行准备向普拉达提供一条 25 亿欧元（27.7 亿美元）的信贷额度，以助力这家意大利时尚集团收购凯普里控股（Capri Holdings）旗下的范思哲。

　　报道还称，其中约 15 亿欧元将用于此次收购，而剩余的 10 亿欧元将用于重振这家陷入困境的收购目标公司。

　　高盛方面未能立即对此置评。
