【#特朗普政府削减百亿公共卫生拨款计划被叫停#】当地时间4月3日，美国一名联邦法官暂时阻止了特朗普政府提出的一项开支削减计划。该计划是新冠大流行期间分配给美国各州的公共卫生拨款，用于追踪、预防和控制新冠、麻疹和禽流感等传染病等，涉及金额超110亿美元。

当天，美国罗德岛州地区法官玛丽·麦克埃罗伊 (Mary McElroy) 在长达一小时的听证会后作出裁决，并表示她将跟进书面命令以包含更多细节。在禁令未解除前，美国卫生与公众服务部（HHS）及其机构不得在诉讼期间实施削减计划。

这项诉讼由美国科罗拉多州、罗德岛州、纽约州及其他19个州及哥伦比亚特区的民主党总检察长提起。他们表示，特朗普政府无权单方面收回各州已经建立卫生项目的资金，这将给当地卫生机构造成直接的混乱和不可挽回的伤害。
