4月3日金融一线消息，据青岛金融监管局行政处罚信息公开表显示，中国银行股份有限公司胶州支行因贷前调查不尽职、向资本金未到位借款人发放贷款，被罚款30万元，时任该支行公司金融部主任姜山被警告 。
