【财政部在英国伦敦发行首笔人民币绿色主权债券】金十数据4月3日讯，伦敦时间4月2日，中华人民共和国财政部代表中央政府在英国伦敦成功簿记发行了60亿元人民币绿色主权债券。其中，3年期30亿元人民币，发行利率为1.88%；5年期30亿元人民币，发行利率为1.93%，均低于香港二级市场同期限国债利率水平。国际投资者认购踊跃，投资者类型丰富，地域分布广泛。总申购金额415.8亿元人民币，是发行金额的6.9倍。其中，亚太地区、非亚太地区投资者分别占比83.5%、16.5%；主权及超主权、银行、保险及资管类投资者分别占比30%、48%、20%；绿色和可持续类投资者占比22%。该笔债券在香港金管局债务工具中央结算系统（CMU）托管，将在香港联合交易所和伦敦证券交易所上市。
