BlockBeats 消息，4 月 4 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，伊利诺伊州计划撤销对加密交易平台 Coinbase 的质押服务诉讼，成为继肯塔基、佛蒙特和南卡罗来纳之后，第四个放弃相关指控的州。2023 年，Coinbase 因涉嫌通过质押服务违反州证券法，遭到十个州联合起诉。美国证券交易委员会（SEC）也曾就该产品提起联邦层面的诉讼，但已于今年 2 月撤案。目前仍在推进质押相关诉讼的州包括：阿拉巴马、加州、马里兰、新泽西、华盛顿和威斯康星。其中，新泽西和华盛顿监管方称案件仍在进行中，其余多州拒绝评论。
