Bank OZK Raises Dividend by 2.4%

Bank OZK increased its dividend to 43 cents from 42 cents.

The new payout, equal to $1.72 a year, represents an annual yield of about 4% based on Tuesday's closing price of $43.38.

The regional bank said the higher dividend will be paid April 21 to shareholders of record as of April 14.
