消息面上，中升控股公布全年财报，营业额1681.24亿元人民币，同比跌6.2%；纯利32.12亿元，同比跌36%。中金指出，华为赋能有望补充公司豪华品牌矩阵，进一步提升公司在新能源豪华车市场份额。公司长期坚持分红，2021-2023年派息率均超30%，2024年进一步提升至46.7%，充分体现管理层重视股东回报。公司在业绩低谷期通过提升派息率增强股东信心，随着盈利逐步改善，有望带来更大的股东回报。
花旗发表研究报告，预计中升控股有多个增长动力，包括市场整合所带来的销售收入在2025至27年间的年复合增长率为8至10%；AITO品牌新车销售毛利率在未来12个月内将稳定在4.5至7%之间，今年销售量预测约4万辆；及现有的德国品牌与豪华日本品牌新车销售毛利率或已在去年触底。
